Contact Manager Software automatically facilitates data collection from your Fortress Technology metal detector through a built-in Ethernet port connected to your network. Contact Manager Software simplifies the data collection process as it does not require manual USB transfer of information. It is installed separately and works in conjunction with Contact Reporter Software to generate detailed performance reports and record metal detection events from remote systems for quality assurance.
The Ethernet/IP Adapter enables two-way communication and control of your Fortress systems over your facility’s network utilizing Ethernet Industrial Protocol. It easily integrates your metal detector and/or checkweigher with automated facilities to enable communication with networked equipment and ensure one cohesive, smart operation.
Collect real-time performance data and push parameters to your system for remote setup and monitoring. You can also use the Ethernet/IP Adapter to integrate your metal detector and/or checkweigher into a larger system with a single point of control user interface.
The OPC/UA Adapter facilitates information exchange for your Fortress Systems, internal network and entire plant to communicate in one integrated system. It opens data “tags” that collect settings and parameters over the network in real-time to auto-populate your internal database structure with the captured data. The OPC/UA Adapter interface integrates seamlessly with factory data systems, providing secure access to data through client applications. It also allows the connection of multiple metal detectors.
