Job Summary:

The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for the flow of goods in an organized and safe manner. This position will oversee the shipping and receiving of goods, checking for accuracy, and appropriately processing orders. Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods, maintain internal record-keeping systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, pick, pack and ship customer orders.

  • Ensure that orders are interpreted and filled correctly for customers.

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete for customer orders.

  • Load and wrap product securely on a skid if required and move it to the designated staging area.

A Mechanical Designer works on a project from the initial brief, through the design and development stage, to the testing of one or more prototypes, right through to final manufacture and implementation as per customer specifications.

  • Develop and create mechanical designs in 3D SolidWorks.

The Plant Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all production personnel and ensuring the production of quality products on time to meet customer requirements while maintaining a productive and high morale work environment to lead and motivate employees.

  • Oversee floor supervisors and assists them with daily issues and decisions

Production Controller is responsible for supporting production activity and making sure business objectives are met. Duties include controlling production plans, identifying potential delays, components missing, reduce risks of late shipments, reporting to managers, preventing parts shortages through planning, and maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:

  • Generating and maintaining the production site schedule that identifies key dates/milestones with accurate sequence, duration
  • Balance and optimize production schedule as appropriate to improve On Time Delivery and production efficiencies
  • Coordinate between production planning, Purchasing, Sales and Engineering to ensure manufacturing schedule is in alignment with production forecast
  • Daily site planning meeting with technical production supervisors, shipping and purchasing to track and assess change or delays to schedule
  • Use SAP, Microsoft Applications, and other planning tools to evaluate Capacity Planning and assess inventory
  • Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Routings in SAP

CNC Programmer/Operator

The CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator position is responsible for assisting on production floor to meet deadlines and provide continuous support to maintain quality and productivity. Program, Sets up and operates CNC machines properly to make components. Duties include studying blueprints and creating the design, programming, cutting plastic, metal, or any material requested, and performing regular maintenance on their machinery. The goal is to produce high quality parts and materials by programming machines to perform the right operations.

Required Skills:

  • Make sure steps are completed in the production process and production app, following the detailed work instructions
  • Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
  • Set up and operate all equipment required
  • CAMWORKS & Solid works programming
  • Experience working with tight tolerances

  • Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts (Productivity)
